The position requires planning and performing version upgrades both onsite and remotely, with on-call duties on rotation, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Operations.
• Fulfills tasks based on direct manager assignment Deploys Company’s Customer Support activities: Assists in the response to customer technical queries and service calls to the Customer Support.
• Answers customer queries to support telephone out of office hours as and when required.
• Plans, manages and performs version upgrades, on site and remotely.
• Be available for On-call support on rotation, evening, weekends and holidays as necessary.
