Harris & Harris is seeking a remote Customer Service Specialist to support account management and billing inquiries. You will navigate multiple systems, listen to customers, and offer effective solutions while upholding a positive, professional standard.

Responsibilities include setting up new accounts, documenting issues, and resolving questions promptly. You will also escalate priority concerns to leadership and strive to exceed expectations with courteous, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and clear, professional communication.
• Experience with debt collections, call center work, or soft sales is a plus.
• Friendly and positive approach to difficult situations.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with over 85% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Document account issues and answer billing questions.
• Listen and offer solutions to upset customers.
• Navigate through multiple systems and screens.
• Represent the company in a positive, professional, and ethical manner while exceeding customer and company expectations.
• Identify and escalated priority issues to leadership.
• Accurately process and record call transactions.
• Manage call time effectively to meet performance criteria objectives.
