Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Operations. Fulfills tasks based on direct manager assignment Deploys Company’s Customer Support activities: Assists in the response to customer technical queries and service calls to the Customer Support. Answers customer queries to support telephone out of office hours as and when required. Plans, manages and performs version upgrades, on site and remotely. Be available for On-call support on rotation, evening, weekends and holidays as necessary
