Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone & email support to customers – price quoting, availability checks, order entry, and product selection assistance.
• Contact customers to clarify requirements, obtain missing information, and communicate order updates or issues.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer orders in Trico’s ERP software.
• Resolve order and delivery issues by coordinating with production, shipping, accounting and other internal teams.
