Job summary

Trico Corporation seeks a Customer Service Representative to support domestic customers, including distributors, end users, and OEMs. You will process orders accurately, provide product information, and follow up in a timely manner from our Pewaukee, WI office.

The role requires 1 year of customer or sales support experience in manufacturing or industrial distribution, plus proficiency with Outlook, ERP/CRM software, and strong communication skills. Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer or sales support in manufacturing or industrial distribution.
• Strong attention to detail and organization to manage orders and requests.
• Experience using Outlook for email and calendars.
• Able to learn and use ERP and CRM software.
• Confident in speaking with customers and representing Trico.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and email support, price quoting, and order entry.
• Clarify requirements, obtain missing information, and communicate updates.
• Enter and maintain customer orders in Trico's ERP system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order and delivery issues.
