Job summary

InterMetro Industries is seeking a Customer Service Rep I (CSR I) for our Corporate HQ located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The CSR I provides consistent, exceptional support of daily activities with customers, sales representatives, internal customers and department members in maintaining proper level of service.

In this entry-level role, you will handle inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with CSR II and supervisors to ensure accurate and timely responses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years’ work experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support regarding customer inquiries, orders and routine issues.
• Coordinate involvement with CSR II’s and CS Supervisors as required.
• Review and process incoming orders accurately, including contact and billing information, pricing and promotions.
• Support CSR II’s with daily activity flow to promote prompt customer response.
• Manage customer portals both internal and external.
• Adhere to the Code of Business Ethics and report violations if observed.
• Other duties, as assigned.
