• Ensure proper naming and saving of documents in the document management system.
• Assist customers in returning documents.
• Manage DocuSign accounts and support issues from the operations staff and customers.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met for audit purposes.
• Timesheet reviewing and time tracking.
• Accurately complete payroll checklists for assigned agencies.
• Collaborate with team to resolve rejected timesheet issues.
