You will support self-directing care participants, maintain audit-ready records, review timesheets, and assist with payroll checklists, contributing to accurate and timely operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call-center environment.
• Ability to enter data accurately and manage documents.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to support external and internal stakeholders.
• Enter information into databases for effective record keeping.
• Prepare and send documents via DocuSign or email.
• Ensure proper naming and saving of documents in the document management system.
• Assist customers in returning documents.
• Manage DocuSign accounts and support issues from the operations staff and customers.
• Ensure compliance standards are met for audit purposes.
• Timesheet reviewing and time tracking.
• Complete payroll checklists for assigned agencies.
• Collaborate with team to reduce errors and resolve rejected timesheet issues.
