Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is hiring a Customer Support Specialist in Kenosha, WI. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service using our training and tools.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train eager learners.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders, provide product recommendations, and answer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Become a product and solutions expert to answer pricing and shipping questions quickly.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and navigate Uline's website for ordering.
Understand customer needs and propose Uline's best solutions.
Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
