Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is hiring a Customer Support Specialist in Kenosha, WI. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service using our training and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train eager learners.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, provide product recommendations, and answer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Become a product and solutions expert to answer pricing and shipping questions quickly.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and navigate Uline's website for ordering.
• Understand customer needs and propose Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

Position Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.

Minimum Requirements
