Job summary

Uline, California Branch in Ontario, CA, seeks a Customer Support Specialist to build relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service. Full-time hours are 1:30 PM to 10 PM, with 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day; on-site at 4810 South Hellman Avenue.

You will process orders, offer product recommendations, and resolve inquiries using advanced tools. We train you to become a product expert and support customers via phone, email, and chat in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert; we’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
