Job summary

Infinity provides a highly customizable software platform that supports financial services access. This role involves handling support requests across phone, chat, and email, triaging and resolving issues efficiently.

You will research complex issues using historical data and internal knowledge, and participate in team meetings, training, and knowledge-sharing activities while working remotely aligned with Pacific Time.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of technical customer support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and remote access tools.
• Full-time, fully remote role aligned with Pacific Time.
