The ideal candidate has 1+ years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and is comfortable using Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM; office experience.
• Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
• Proficiency with email, internet, and MS Office.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
• Process orders, track shipments, and maintain customer records.
• Assist customers with inquiries, recommendations, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve complaints per company policies and investigate issues.
• Maintain knowledge of products and policies to improve service operations.
• Respond to calls and emails with accurate product information and updates.
• Promote sales and stocking capacity, expedite samples, and handle requests professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments and contact customers when needed.
• Monitor tasks by emails, priority orders, and regular reports on high-priority orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
