AFC Industries in Muscatine, IA is seeking a Customer Support Team Member to ensure accurate order processing and responsive service to customers. You will review contracts, enter orders, monitor the order board, and collaborate with Account Managers to preempt issues before they impact customers.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or order-entry roles, familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, and strong attention to detail.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, order entry, or sales support.
• Experience with ERP/order management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

• Review contracts and ensure accuracy of order details.
• Enter orders and maintain the order board.
• Communicate potential issues to the Account Manager or Leads.
• Assist Account Managers with daily tasks and customer interactions.
• Support department and contribute to continuous improvement.
