Parts Town in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Support Squad) to assist our Part Experts with sales, service and support needs when purchasing parts. Strong communication and teamwork are key as you help customers through the channel portals and emails.

Responsibilities

• Cover the AIF portals (Web, EDI, and MDA, Marketplace, ZDRP).
• Create and update survey and escalation cases for AIF.
• Sort the Customer Service Email Queue.
• Manage customer emails including merging accounts and creating UPS labels.
• Sort, update, and combine the new account list.
• Create Bloomfire documents as needed.
• Sort and distribute reports to their specific business units.
• Assist with the UPS Exceptions Report.
• Manage customer portals.
• Create and email warranty credits to the customer.
• Create ROSD escalation cases.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through emails to internal and external customers.
