Job summary

Sir Speedy in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced print/sign environment. You will greet customers, gather information for estimates, handle calls, and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

You will work with our production team and national network, deliver friendly service, problem-solve customer issues, and contribute to profitable, quality projects. Experience in print/sign and strong communication are valued.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Position Overview

If you are looking for an opportunity, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative that is seeking a career – not just another job. We are looking for an organized, detailed oriented individual able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You will be working with an experienced production team and enjoy support from a national network of fellow Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a courteous manner and gather information for estimating.


• Answer the telephone using the company's procedures for incoming calls.


• Direct calls appropriately.


• Handle routine questions and requests by customers.


• Deal with customer complaints and concerns, facilitating satisfactory resolution as quickly as possible.


• Serve customers at the front counter. Process their orders in a timely manner. Any delays must be reported to management.


• Fully utilize the computerized pricing/estimating program.

• You must be a life-long learner to work here. Lots to learn and it’s always changing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using estimating Software (Printer’s Plan, PrintSmith, Etc.)
