Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and clarify production requirements.
• Coordinate production schedule to meet deadlines and inform staff.
• Proofread and monitor jobs to prevent errors.
• Perform production tasks (copying, printing, laminating, folding, drilling) and deliver orders.
• Assist in basic signage installations.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor in line with policies.
• Drive vehicle to destinations and maintain vehicle condition.
• Load and unload delivery goods.
• Maintain vehicle in clean and fueled readiness condition.
• Report vehicle problems to supervisor.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Production Team Member who seeks a career‑not just another job. This role requires pride in every project and ensuring our customers look good. If customers aren’t happy, they won’t return and we can’t pay your team.

We need an organized, detail‑oriented individual who can thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. You will work with an experienced production team, with support from a national network of specialists.

Experience in the print/signs/graphics field is preferred. You will play with fun technology daily and grow with our company while enjoying health insurance, 401(k) and profit‑sharing plans.

Your Run‑of‑the‑Mill Basic Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure production work requirements are clearly defined and that timeframes and cost factors are given appropriate consideration.
• Coordinate production schedule to meet customers' expectations and deadlines. Communicate the status of jobs, any unique circumstances relating to jobs, etc. to Production Staff and other Marketing staff as needed.
• Provide quality control by proof‑reading and monitoring jobs for errors and/or "common sense" mistakes to eliminate rework.
• Perform production tasks (copying, printing, laminating, folding, drilling, etc.) and deliver completed job orders.
• Provide assistance in basic signage installations.
• Perform tasks and duties relevant to any of various roles or responsibilities assigned by supervisor and determined by management to be appropriate for this position; comply with all policy, procedure, regulation and other communicated requirements as may be in effect for the workgroup or worksite.
• Drive vehicle to and from destinations, adhering to all traffic laws.
• Load and unload delivery goods.
• Maintain vehicle in good working condition.
• Maintain vehicle in clean and fueled readiness condition.
• Inform supervisor of any vehicle problems.
