Job description

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Support Specialist with a leading manufacturer of wound & ostomy care products. The Customer Support Specialist will be heavily involved in providing support for company products and services through direct dialogue with customers.

Compensation:

• $20/hour (40 hours per week)
• $750 monthly, performance-based bonus (can be paid out up to 200%)
• Eligible for full suite of benefits on Day 1
• Company provided laptop, screen monitors, and accessories

Requirements:

• Experience working with inbound/outbound campaigns
• Proven track record of call center or tele-sales experience
