Product Support Representative

Location: Remote

Shift: 2nd Shift - 2 PM to 10 PM CDT

Pay: $16 - $17/hour

Duration: W2 Contract - 6 months

Position Overview:

A leading medical technology company is seeking a Customer Technical Support Representative to assist patients and clinicians with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy devices. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and technical troubleshooting, with a strong ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support & Troubleshooting – Assist patients and clinicians in resolving product issues and answering technical questions.
  2. Product Expertise – Become a subject matter expert (SME) on Negative Pressure Wound Therapy devices.
  3. Order Management & Logistics – Process service calls and work orders through Field Service Representatives, UPS, or Couriers.
  4. Cross-Department Collaboration – Work with internal teams to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
  5. Communication – Provide effective support through email, phone, and text messaging.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Experience: At least 5 years of customer service experience, with 1 year of order entry/call center systems
  2. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating industry-standard systems.
  3. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions.
  4. Strong Communication: Professional and empathetic verbal & written communication skills.
  5. Adaptability: Willingness to adjust to changing call volumes and schedules as needed.
  6. Commitment to Excellence: Passion for delivering top-level customer support.

Requirements:

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  2. Willingness to Travel: Occasional travel may be required for training or corporate functions.
