Job summary

Gentell, Inc. and its affiliated companies seek a Sales/Client Support Representative to manage order processing, invoicing, customer service and payables for large accounts.

You will handle order intake, respond to product and price inquiries, and build new business while coordinating with production and shipping teams. The role requires strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, with experience in MS Office and familiarity with AR software; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years in customer service, sales support or finance/accounting.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Good analytical & organizational skills, able to make sound decisions utilizing the data on hand.
