Inc Authority is hiring a Customer Service Agent in Reno, NV to assist business owners with LLC formation and startup consulting. You will be the first point of contact, answering questions and ensuring clients receive an excellent experience.

This role involves discussing customized solutions, maintaining records, and working with a team. At least 1 year in a client-facing position is required, with Spanish reading/writing being a plus. The position is onsite in Reno, NV.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
• Excellent phone communication skills.
• Ability to read and write Spanish (preferred).
• Ability to navigate a CRM system and use a headset.
• Basic computer skills including typing in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Advise business owners about Inc Authority services and guide toward customized solutions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products to identify customer needs (training provided).
• Provide startup consultation and customer assistance to increase satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members.
• Maintain complete and accurate daily activity and customer contact records.

Overview

Join our team as a Customer Service Agent, providing expert assistance to business owners in LLC formation and startup consulting. You'll be the first point of contact for business owners, answering questions, and ensuring clients receive the best possible experience. In this position you will talk to business owners to offer custom solutions and business formation support to get their business launched and ready to grow!

This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office.

You will

• Advise business owners who inquire about our services guiding them toward customized solutions
• Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customer's needs when qualifying them (training provided)
• Demonstrate an aptitude for business startup consultation and customer assistance to increase customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with both potential customers and internal team members
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact

You have

• Excellent Phone Communication Skills
• At least 1 year of experience in a client facing position
• Ability to read and write Spanish proficiently (preferred not required)
• Ability to navigate a CRM System and use a headset
• Basic computer skills such as typing while using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Actual compensation will depend on several factors, but the annual average compensation is around $34,000 +
