Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a key contact for internal and external customers. You will manage inquiries, schedule shipments, handle requests, resolve issues and ensure clear, timely communication to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires 1 year of customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a team-oriented setting. This is a full-time on-site position in New Jersey with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; basic typing skills

Responsibilities

• Schedule pickups, trace shipments, provide ETAs and rate quotes
• Coordinate with internal departments and partners to schedule shipments and resolve issues
• Arrange delivery appointments and handle re-consignments
• Communicate with customers, drivers and AR on Shipments and CODs
• Ensure accurate billing of shipments
• Prepare and deliver reports; perform daily audits
• Document all customer interactions for follow-up and records
• Assist customers with My Pyle registration and website usage
• Meet KPIs for call quality, process knowledge, adherence to schedule and contacts per hour
