Qualifications

• 1 year of prior customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment; strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); basic typing skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; works well individually or in a team.
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and non-traditional holidays.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling pick-ups and shipments; providing ETAs and rate quotes.
• Coordinate with internal departments, delivery agents, brokers, and stations to schedule shipments and resolve issues.
• Schedule delivery appointments and handle re-consignments.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and Accounts Receivable regarding shipments.
• Ensure accurate billing of shipments.
