Job summary

Mechanical Seal and Services in Texas seeks a motivated professional to support the sales team, manage day-to-day order processing in SAP, and communicate with customers. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and teamwork to keep orders moving and to provide reliable quotations and updates.

You will collaborate with workshop and purchasing teams, use Ariba, Coupa, and OpenInvoice portals, and apply AESSEAL tools to ensure correct material data and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Prior knowledge of mechanical seals or pumps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team and collaborate with AESSEAL sister orgs to drive new business and meet objectives.
• Provide responsive customer support by phone, email, walk-in, and delivery; update customers on orders.
• Process SAP transactions: sales orders, invoices, production orders, POs, goods receipts, and more.
• Monitor orders to ensure on-time delivery and provide status updates as needed.
• Coordinate with Workshop and Purchasing to fulfill delivery requirements and resolve issues.
• Assess repairs, prepare quotations, and provide quotes for new items using eVE and approved tools.
• Use AESSEAL Portal tools to determine pricing and locate drawings; verify material data.
• Enter/maintain customer data in Ariba, Coupa, and OpenInvoice portals.
• Perform quality checks and prepare shipment paperwork.
• Assist with seal assembly, repair, and testing when trained.
