Job summary

Hire-Authority is seeking a Customer Support/Sales Assistant for a medical instrument company located in Southwest Houston (Meyerland). The ideal candidate would be well-organized and detail oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

The role includes responding to inquiries, supporting sales reps, assisting with shipping/receiving, QA compliance, and accurate data entry into the ERP system. Team collaboration across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Some college preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales assistant experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor and excellent communicator (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Professional communication and responding to inquiries from customers, sales representatives, and distributors.
• Provide sales support to sales representatives and distributors.
• Assist with shipping and receiving of products (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
• Assist with Quality Assurance to make sure products meet applicable quality standards.
• Perform accurate data entry of orders, inspections, shipments, and inventory transactions into ERP system.
• Work in a team dynamic along with customer service, logistics, quality, and sales departments.
• Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.
