Responsibilities

• Provide patient assistance and product support to customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes and orders by phone or email.
• Review and verify information on existing customer accounts.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting, website navigation, and product questions.
• Review customer accounts and provide updates regarding billing, shipping, warranties, and other account information.
