Job summary

Suddath is seeking an International Inside Sales Consultant in Jacksonville to generate revenue through outbound/inbound opportunities for international household goods moves. You will conduct virtual surveys, craft pricing proposals, and educate customers on relocation requirements while guiding them toward booked business.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of sales experience, international exposure, and a customer-focused, coachable mindset with strong communication and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• International experience.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue and booking goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound international relocation opportunities.
• Conduct virtual household goods surveys using approved technology platforms.
• Prepare and present international moving estimates and proposals.
• Negotiate within approved pricing parameters.
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up to maximize bookings.
• Educate customers on relocation process and documentation.
• Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver timely proposals.
• Ensure complete information is collected before handoff to operations teams.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual booking goals.
