Job summary

Nfinity Athletic is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to deliver effective service to our customers using in-depth knowledge of products and procedures.You will act as a liaison between customers and the company, resolving issues in a professional and mutually beneficial manner.

The role emphasizes handling inquiries, processing orders, and advising on promotions while managing multiple emails daily.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma; academic degree or trade school in a relevant subject is preferred but not required
• Must have at least 2 years of customer service call center experience
• Must have experience in Customer Service
• Strong oral and written communication and listening skills to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of employees
• Ability to assess situations and provide quick, educated decisions to rectify customer complaints
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule during peak seasons and events

Responsibilities

• Remediate customer grievances in accordance with company guidelines
• Enter all relevant information regarding customer inquiries into the logging and tracking system
• Be proactive in resolving customer issues and provide the best experience possible
• Advise on company information
• Assist with placement and processing of orders
• Advise customers on newly available items and promotions to drive sales
• Manage 30-50 emails per day using computer technology
• Answer questions about warranties and terms of use
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain reason for calling
• Place and cancel orders
