Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to support the customer service team by reviewing contracts and entering orders to ensure accuracy. You will respond timely to customer orders, adhere to processes, and align with customer requirements.

You will collaborate with outside sales and internal departments, entering orders, addressing discrepancies, and contributing to ongoing projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Typing skills at 50 WPM with high accuracy.
• Proficient use of Office 365.
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities.
• High degree of diligence and composure under interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Confirm receipt of orders via e-mail.
• Review and enter e-mail orders for accuracy per requirements.
• Routinely update Navpoint with ship-to addresses and contacts.
• Communicate discrepancies or changes to customers promptly.
• Coordinate with outside sales and internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Enter customer concerns or complaints.
• Participate in Operator ACD phone line.
• Assist in other projects as assigned.
