Rural King is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers by phone, live chat, and other channels. You will assist with online orders, order status, returns, and product questions while coordinating with internal teams and manufacturers to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer service or related roles, excellent communication, and a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced setting. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, call center, retail, order management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience supporting customers by phone, live chat, email, or other digital channels.
• Strong verbal and written communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist with online orders, order status, order changes, returns, and general order management.
• Research and resolve customer questions related to products, orders, shipping, availability, and services.
• Contact manufacturers and vendors to obtain product, order, warranty, or service information.
• Track customer returns and follow up on order issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Partner with coworkers and internal departments to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information and protect confidential information.
• Participate in training, workshops, webinars, and other learning opportunities.
