Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process cash, credit, debit, and other transactions accurately.
• Follow cash-handling, returns, exchanges, layaways, and price disputes procedures.
• Educate customers about Rural King loyalty programs.
• Respond to store calls with professional phone etiquette.
• Coordinate with loaders and associates to address customer needs.
• Reconcile registers and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain clean and stocked checkout areas and carts.
• Cross-train and support other store departments.
• Use POS systems and office equipment.
• Assist with training new Cashiers as needed.
• Support store teamwork and align with Rural King values.
