Responsibilities

• Greet customers and interact with them as they enter the store.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Explain loyalty programs, RK Visa, and RK Plus Protection Plan to customers.
• Follow cash handling policies and reconcile registers with accuracy.
• Provide product information and answer customer questions, offering recommendations.
• Assist with price inquiries, returns, exchanges, and transfers as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock, and support other departments as required.
