Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders, returns, credits, refunds, quotes, exchanges, and contracts in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Promptly handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints; provide solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Provide timely and accurate information about products, services, and programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales team, and vendors through effective communication.
• Troubleshoot product and service issues and implement practical solutions.
• Support cross-functional teams with operational tasks and projects as needed.
• Complete administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized processes and procedures.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities as business needs evolve.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
