Job summary

RelaDyne in Illinois is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a primary contact for order processing, customer inquiries, and service coordination. You will help ensure a smooth, positive customer experience by supporting internal teams and maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, customer service or administrative experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Process and track customer orders accurately.
• Assist with invoicing, billing questions, and order status updates.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records in company systems.
• Support general administrative tasks as needed.
