Job summary

Target Specialty Products in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to oversee daily operations in our distribution center. You will assist with loading/unloading trucks, maintain inventory, pick/pack orders, and support customer deliveries.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least two years of warehouse or customer service experience. You should be able to lift 50 lbs, work early mornings and weekends, and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Two years of warehouse or customer service experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations including local deliveries, inventory management, order entry, and vendor shipping/receiving.
• Count, compare, check and inspect quantities of materials and products for distribution to customers.
• Complete one or more warehouse functions within the facility guidelines (pick, pack, wrap, load and possibly assist with delivering orders).
• Take inventory; document and invoice orders and product movement.
• Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports, as required.
