Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• General computer proficiency including knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately in the order entry system (orders, quotes, returns).
• Maintain customer and territory records and document interactions.
• Monitor shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and adherence to policies.
• Verify prices and terms per standard procedures and customer profitability profiles.
• Provide excellent customer service and sales support; respond to queries promptly.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and solutions.
• May perform outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and increase sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
