BP Environmental Services, LLC is a nationwide leader in waste, recycling, and commercial cleaning services, delivering cost-effective solutions with strong customer support. We are seeking a motivated customer service representative to join our fast-paced team in Chalfont, PA.

You will answer inbound calls and emails, assist with onboarding of new accounts, and manage service updates for a growing commercial client base.

Qualifications

• Good articulation and pronunciation, friendly and outgoing phone voice.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Requires basic computer skills (typing and navigating programs/screens, entering data).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls and emails from customers, vendors, and sales.
• Facilitate onboarding for new construction rental accounts.
• Add, update, and cancel services for existing commercial customers.
• Resolve customer and vendor issues by thinking outside the box.
• Validate all items on the daily schedule have been completed.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Work with management to stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments.
• Daily point of contact for a book of predetermined accounts.
• Coordinate resigns or inform customers of contractual increases.
