Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and follow safety protocols while communicating professionally with team and customers.

Responsibilities include following daily schedules, reporting hazards, maintaining a safe work environment, and assisting the shift lead as needed. This role is on-site and requires reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: No specific requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Certificates, Licenses: May require forklift certification.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Reading/comprehension, strong verbal and written communication, bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and operate cleaning equipment.
• Follow daily schedule and maintain assigned areas.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with safety rules.
• Interact professionally with lead, supervisor, co-workers, and customers.
