Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school or similar training.
• Experience with inventory processes and warehousing operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using barcode and inventory tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Transfers and charges out materials to warehouses or departments.
• Prepares materials for outbound shipping and returns.
• Receives shipments and verifies against purchase orders.
• Utilizes barcode program to track serialized items.
• Maintains warehouse organization and labeling systems.
• Monitors perpetual inventory and reconciles discrepancies.
• Performs daily purchasing tasks for replenishment needs.
• Conducts monthly physical inventory counts across locations.
• Operates forklift and related equipment safely as trained.
• Ensures security and cleanliness of storage areas.
