Clark National Accounts, based in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Customer Support Intern to join the Account Support team. You will assist with customer inquiries, research orders and products, and help craft clear communications to improve the customer experience as part of a technology-driven workflow.

You will work closely with CNA's accounts team, learn to identify root causes of issues, and contribute to process improvements while gaining hands-on exposure to platform QA and cross-functional

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Support Representatives with customer inquiries, maintaining a professional tone.
• Research order details, fulfillment issues, or product questions and identify root causes.
• Apply hospitality-centered problem-solving to improve customer loyalty.
• Support platform quality assurance by reviewing CNA marketplace for accuracy and UX.
• Assist with account-specific tasks, including updating internal reference materials.
• Participate in training, system learning, and team meetings to build capabilities.
• Contribute ideas that support CNA platform process improvements.
• Collaborate with Account Support Consultants and cross-functional teams to enable timely resolutions.
