Clark National Accounts, LLC is seeking a Customer Support Intern based in Lancaster, PA to assist the Account Support team with customer inquiries, order research, and product questions, contributing to an enhanced customer experience amid a technology-driven workflow.

You'll collaborate across departments, participate in training, and help develop a self-driven Legacy Project while supporting some of the largest national accounts in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Support Representatives with customer inquiries while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
• Research order details, fulfillment issues, or product questions and help identify root causes.
• Apply critical thinking and hospitality-centered problem-solving to support long-term customer loyalty.
• Support CNA marketplace quality assurance by reviewing accuracy and user experience.
• Assist with account-specific tasks, including updating internal reference materials.
• Participate in training sessions, system learning, and team meetings to build capabilities.
• Collaborate with Account Support Consultants to support large customer accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Logistics, Platform, Tax, Accounts Receivable, and distribution centers to resolve issues.
• Develop a self-driven "Legacy Project".
