Job summary

Clark Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Merchandising Intern to support growth of our product categories. We have full-time and part-time internship opportunities based in Lancaster, PA, within a one-hour driving radius.

As a Merchandising Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across product research, evaluations, launches, vendor engagement, and product content optimization. You’ll help identify new product opportunities, support launch activities, and analyze sales,

• Internship is open for spring semester with part-time in-person opportunities.
• Experience in merchandising tasks and data-driven analysis is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with researching new products, comparing options, and setting up tasks for launches.
• Analyze category performance by reviewing key metrics such as sales and gross profit trends.
• Collaborate with team to maintain current product information and merchandising strategies.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve product visibility and customer experience.
• Engage with vendors to request product information, samples, and updates for research and launch readiness.
• Suggest enhancements to product descriptions and catalog presentation.
