Clark Associates is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Maintenance Intern to join our Procurement Operations team in Lancaster, PA. You will build automated workflows using Power Automate, design dashboards in Power BI, and support process improvement across the department.

You will work closely with department leaders, gain hands-on experience in automation and analytics, and participate in a comprehensive training program that includes tours, shadowing, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with data and generate basic reports.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain automated workflows to reduce manual tasks.
• Design and update dashboards in Power BI.
• Run and manage tools used for department efficiencies.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and work with the department to resolve issues.
• Assess projects for efficiency and identify suitable tooling like Asana.
• Support project management tasks including timelines and deliverables.
• Utilize AI tools to support development and process improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to automate manual or inefficient processes.
