Job summary

Clark Associates is seeking a National Accounts Logistics & Supply Chain Summer Intern based in Lancaster, PA. You will work closely with the Logistics Support and Project Fulfillment teams, gaining hands-on exposure to order monitoring, fulfillment, and inventory management while supporting large customer projects.

You’ll learn about the food service industry, collaborate across internal teams, and develop a self‑driven Legacy Project that adds real value to the division.

Qualifications

• Entry level role; no prior experience required.
• Role emphasizes relevant skills over degrees.
• Strong communication and time-management valued.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers' issues and provide strategic solutions.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for internal stakeholders.
• Oversee and run reports that catch issues before they arise.
• Learn about the food service industry, products, and client needs.
• Assist in coordinating and executing large, staged customer projects with distribution centers.
• Gain experience in inventory management, shipment quoting, and strategic fulfillment decisions.
• Develop a self-driven Legacy Project.
• After three weeks with the Logistics Team, choose an area and identify a Legacy Project.
• Examples of Legacy Projects include developing processes or reports to streamline the customer’s process, working with vendors to improve drop shipment, and creating up-to-date SOPs.
