U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team and serve as the face of our service standard. You will assist customers with rentals, inspections, and equipment setup, using U-Scan tech to manage inventory and process invoices.

Role includes moving and hitching equipment, propane filling, and forklift tasks with on-the-job training available. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Educate customers about products and services and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane filling and forklift operation (certifications offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
