Job Description

The Customer Support Coordinator will assist with critical customer data and service needs to support business operations. The role supports in optimizing the employee and customer experience while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Badger offerings, systems, and processes.

Salary

Salary for this position will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Follow procedures and engage customers for account data management and maintenance; create, maintain, and update data fields for efficient processing.
  • Support end-to-end customer processing in Oracle, by:
  • Processing daily tickets, comparing data with Workforce and Geotab to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Resolving customer concerns and invoice issues (such as invoice discrepancies) by investigating issues, making corrections, or referring non-standard complaints and issues to management; rebilling as required to ensure process completion.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with aging accounts.
  • Act as liaison between field operations and payroll.
  • Support field offices and customers as needed through support and administrative tasks.
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience, championing the customers' needs to ensure complete 'white glove' service. Maintain high standards of internal and external customer service across all interactions (phone, email, face-to-face).
