Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $20 - $22/hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5 PM PST, Monday to Friday
• Assign at least 30 members daily for outreach; make one call attempt per day to listed member phone numbers
• Verify phone numbers; if invalid, make additional attempts to get a valid number
• When member is reached, review CareGaps, assist with scheduling appointments, complete HRA if needed, and confirm no other questions or needs
• Performance Metrics:
• 25 new members per day, 125 per week, 500 per month
• Audit score of 90% or higher
• Complete outreach attempts within a 10-day maximum timeframe

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Healthcare experience: 2 years
• At least 1.75 years experience with HIPAA procedures
• High volume inbound/outbound call experience
• High School Diploma
