Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of inbound/outbound call center or collections experience desirable.
• Experience with computers is required.
• Knowledge of First Data Resources (FDR) or Evolve preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inbound telephone inquiries and provides accurate, professional support to accountholders.
• Assists with questions, concerns, and routine account issues to aid retention.
• Researches and resolves customer issues per policies and procedures.
• Updates and notates customer information and call activity in systems.
• Initiates and supports account transactions, service requests, and disputes as needed.
• Educates accountholders on processes, billing disputes, documentation, timelines, and next steps.
• Escalates complex matters to leadership or specialized teams.
• Maintains quality, productivity, attendance, and compliance standards.
