The role requires a high school diploma, prior customer service experience, and comfort with computer systems. English/Spanish bilingual openings may be available, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Experience with FDR, Evolve or related platforms preferred.
• One (1)+ years of related inbound or outbound call center or collections experience desirable.
• Experience working with computers is required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inbound inquiries and provides accurate, professional support on account information, transactions, payments, and billing.
• Assists accountholders with questions and routine issues while delivering a positive experience.
• Researches and resolves customer issues in accordance with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and guidelines.
• Updates and verifies customer information and call activity in designated systems for complete records.
• Initiates transactions, service requests, and billing dispute steps as needed.
• Explains processes, billing disputes, required documents, timelines, and next steps.
• Escalates complex matters to leadership or specialized teams.
• Meets quality, productivity, attendance, and service standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
