Job summary

CardWorks Financial Group seeks a Customer Support Associate I to serve as a primary call-center contact, handling inbound inquiries, document interactions, and ensuring a professional customer experience. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution to support satisfaction and retention.

Bilingual shifts (English/Spanish) are available, including evenings or overnight, with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Experience with First Data Resources (FDR), Evolve or related platforms preferred.
• 1+ years of related inbound/outbound call center or collections experience desired.
• Experience working with computers is required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inbound telephone inquiries and provides accurate, professional support to accountholders regarding account information, transactions, payments, and general servicing needs.
• Assists accountholders with questions and routine account issues while delivering a positive customer experience and supporting retention.
• Researches and resolves customer issues in accordance with policies, regulatory requirements, and guidelines.
• Accurately updates and notates customer information and call activity within designated systems.
• Initiates and supports account transactions, service requests, billing disputes, and investigations as appropriate.
• Educates accountholders on processes, timelines, and next steps.
